This can be used in a comprehensive IKO Easyseal system and has a selvedge edge (100mm) and end lap for ease of lap jointing. A self-adhesive roofing system has been designed to remove the requirement for hot bitumen and or naked flames for anyone installing roofing membranes. This system consists of five high performance membranes, all of which can be applied to small roofs, such as those over garages, porches, extensions and dormer windows etc. As well as the IKO Easyseal Pro and Universal Underlay being equally applicable for larger projects. IKO Easyseal Underlay is manufactured with an inert glass fibre base, coated with SBS modified bitumen. The upper surface has a non-removable polyethylene film, with an adhesive coating and a protective removable release film to the underside. Both the top sheet and underlay have specially formulated self-adhesive additives in the coating. IKO Easyseal Top Sheet 6m x1m Green. IKO Easyseal Top Sheet has been designed to remove the requirement for hot bitumen and or naked flames for anyone installing roofing membranes. IKO Easyseal Top Sheet is manufactured with a high performance polyester base, coated with SBS modified bitumen. The upper surface is finished with a slate mineral.
