All claims for missing items must be made within 14 days of the date of your order. Orders generally leave the same day when ordered before 2pm, excluding weekends. What happens if the box looks damaged when it is being delivered? Please open the parcel and check for any damage while the driver is there, they are contracted to wait a short amount of time. If the driver refuses to wait or it is not convenient to open when the driver is there, you must SIGN FOR AS DAMAGED, not unchecked. Claims cannot be made if not signed for as damaged. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim. Most items we sell can be fitted at home, but if you want to save yourself the stress and hassle, come and have it professionally fitted here! 4×4 Accessories and Tyres offer a fitting service on the majority of items we sell. We have 6 fully kitted out fitting bays, including a one bay, which specialises in fitting extremely large 4×4 wheels and tyres. To allocate a time slot, fitting must be pre-booked with us directly in advance. Saturday fitting can get booked-up quickly, so please ensure you book early.
