The Beatles Please Please Me 1968 Stereo Pressing. Excellent Copy Top Audio

The beatles please please me,, this stereo Pressing dates from around 1967/68.. Extra dot side 1… 1 small mark on the run off,, dead wax,, on side 1,, which obviously will not interfere with the sound quality which is near mint,, only detected the lightest of static between a couple of tracks.. The labels are super clean with only a couple of very light spindle trails.. The main cover is excellent,, nice laminated front,, clean back and fully readable spine.. The original sepitone inner is very clean with no tearing.. This is a nice copy that sounds fantastic.. Fully playtested on our project deck with ortofon blue cartridge.. With The Beatles Early 2nd Pressing Stereo. Exellent Copy Top Audio. Superb

Playing surface has a nice deep shine with only minor light surface marks under a strong light.. Playback is near mint with a strong clear audio.. Excellent clean labels with very light spindle use.. Matrixes are YEX 110-1,, With 1,,0 mother side 1….111-2,, GD Side 2.. The main cover is very good, has a small tape repair top right,, see photo.. Flip back repair bottom left.. Emitex sleeve is excellent,, but has a small split along the bottom… Despite the issues I have mentioned, this is a lovely Copy,, you won’t be disappointed with the playback on this one.. The Beatles COLLECTORS PIECE White Album. 0399149 1st PRESS WONDERFUL COMPLETE PACKAGE & AUDIO. 1/1/1/1 Matricies (Professionally cleaned with a Pro-Ject VC-S MkII Vacuum Record Cleaner) This album was The Beatles FIRST release on the now famous Apple label. It was entered into the charts on the 7th of December 1968 and went straight to number one-where it stayed for 7 weeks! Making it the FIRST double album to get the top slot… The rather unusual fact about this album is that it was the first release by The Beatles which contained only SOLO material. By the time 1970 ended, the total sales of this wonderful album were estimated to be 6.5 Million! The only other album that beat this a few years later was “Saturday Night fever”!!! Catalogue Number: PCS 7607/8 1/1/1/1 Matrix endings. LOVELY EARLY PRESSING HERE. Mothers/Stampers: 1/PG 1/OT 4/MO 1/P (AN INCREDIBLY EARLY 1st PRESSING) The Vinyl: 145g/152g EX! I gave her a gentle professional clean om my Pro-Ject VC-S MkII Vacuum Record Cleaner and then played her all the way through on my Focus One Deck… W-O-W, the audio was simply SUPERB! Clear peaks and deep troughs! I even noticed some instrumentals I hadn’t heard before-one at the end of Helter Skelter and the piano on Rocky Raccoon really shone out too… Love it when that happens-this album just keeps giving!! An absolute joy to listen to! The tracks play through with rich clarity. Visually-when angled towards the light I can make out some light wispy marks… A couple of which, to be utterly critical and honest, made a very light and soft, yet very brief pop… Nothing at all to worry about as they were few and far between and really not offensive to the audio output. The light background noise was more evident on the quieter side 4 with the instrumentals-but nothing to ruin my enjoyment. Even the run-ins and outs were lovely and quiet : EACH RECORD IS AS FLAT AS THE DAY SHE WAS BORN. All four of the labels are extremely bright and clean with the DARKER apple. Only incredibly light spindle marks-visible only when angled towards the light and really looking for them! ZERO hole wear to each label. PLEASE SEE THE DETAILED IMAGES FOR YOURSELVES Mfd in the U. To each of the labels-onthe one line, rather than the later editions, where it is split on two lines. “An EMI Recording” printed to each side BUT without the brackets! FREE FROM ANY writing. NUMBERED: 0399149 It is the first run TOP loading with a great shine to her. The laminate has just two or three tiny crescents of spidering with a few small fingers of spidering emanating from the spine-nothing at all to worry about. SURVIVED FANTASTICALLY WELL HERE Even the creamy colour has remained-rather than discolouring to the common yellowish colour. Garrod and Lofthouse gatefold. The spine remains lovely and strong. Has the printing of Stereo to the back top right. S-U-P-E-R-B Light rubbing/knocking to the corners through shelf storage… With a tiny 3mm nick to the front. PLEASE SEE MY FEEDBACK FOR FAIR GRADINGS Very good and very strong Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold with equally strong and CLEAN flipbacks. Lovely and clean inside. TOP COPY ORIGINAL FIRST PRINTING!! They are both all original with the die-cut corners and window to one side of each. They have each survived the years incredibly well! There is some light wear to them with some feathering to the openings. The 4 ORIGINAL pictures are present (John, Paul, George & Ringo). They have been kept in great condition… NO rips or tears NO writing or pin holes. It is the ORIGINAL 1st printing of this poster. Lyrics printed to the back and kiss to the front. To the centre of the folds are little 2mm holes-that really is all. There are just a few small spots of foxing/discolouration. WOULD DISPLAY INCREDIBLY WELL. Mothers/Stampers: 1/GRD 7/MP 4/ML 2/HD The Vinyl: 146g/141g VG(+) Only marked down due to a handful of very light visible marks to each of the vinyl discs… After listening to her ALL THE WAY THROUGH, I only found only some INCREDIBLY light and ONLY VERY occasional background noise: There were a couple of light pops right at the end of When My Guitar Gently Weeps in the transition to Happiness is A Warm Gun, but these do not bleed into the tracks much at all… Same with the start of Martha My Dear and some light crackle on Blackbird. The album really sounded wonderfully all original with clean and clear rich audio output…. Really warming : This is a slab of vinyl from 1968, which has been played (albeit gently) so it will not display the clarity of a CD or MP3… BUT it will display depth and character, with some light crackle occasionally. GLORIOUS MONO FLAT AS THE DAY SHE WAS BORN NOTHING AT ALL TO MAKE HER JUMP, SKIP OR STICK TURN HER UP-I DID ; The Labels: VG. All four of the labels are extremely bright and clean with the DARKER apple. There are only A FEW, very light spindle marks to each label, these can only be seen when angling towards the light…. And particularly looking for them! Next to NO HOLE WEAR at all! Unfortunately-as you can see in the images provided; side 2 and 4 have writing on them. Mfd in the U. To each of the labels. NUMBERED: 0607165 It is an the very first printing run, with TOP loading and a creamy finish (rather than the later brilliant white editions). Garrod and Lofthouse gatefold The spine remains strong and clear. Superb cover-creamy white, with just a few very small fingers of spidering emanating from the seams of this glorious laminated gatefold cover! NO RIPS/TEARS OR SPLITS!! SIMPLY LOVELY CONDITION Correct MONO cover as it doesn’t have the printing of Stereo to the back top right. GLORIOUS and clean on the inside of the gatefold. (Please see the detailed pictures for yourself-it really is lovely). Excellently strong Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold flipbacks…. Inners: G+ Original BLACK inners. They each carry some gentle feathering to their openings. One has some tearing to the window and small splits to two sides, the other has a very small tear to the window and a larger split to the bottom seam. THEY ARE ALL ORIGINAL-NOT REPRO! Pictures: EX- ALL present (John and George, Ringo & Paul) They are ALL ORIGINAL. They DON’T have any pin-holes around their edges… Which was quite typical for the Beatles fans to pin their beau’s up on their bedroom wall. Just some very small spots of foxing to the white backings and some light creasing to George. ALL ORIGINAL Poster: G. Full size and with lyrics to the back. Unfortunately this poster has been torn on the folds at one time and is now repaired with sellotape. Please see the images provided.
